Genius Loci
The Genius Loci Gallery was opened in new premises at Kragujevská Street no. 12 in Žilina in January 2020. The aim of the Genius Loci events is to present and look behind the scenes at the various associations, institutions, clubs, organizations and events that have created and still form cultural and social life in Žilina. The point is to capture the testimonies of personalities and communities. Bringing to the surface various aspects of life in Žilina and focusing on its phenomena. Uncovering these connections brings new perspectives and helps to create an awareness of life in this city as well as an awareness of its specific character - its Genius Loci.
