Galerie Poll is a constant in Berlin’s art scene since 1968. Its founders, Eva and Lothar Poll, made their aim to introduce art enthusiasts and collectors to unusual artists and interesting works. Since then, they have organized about 450 exhibitions including paintings, sculptures, photographs, drawings and graphics from Germany, Russia, France, Italy and Spain.
Sind the end of 2012 Nana Poll has also been working at her parents’ gallery after being responsible for public relationships and communication at Berliner Festspiele and the foundation Schloss Neuhardenberg for more than 14 years. She is managing the gallery together with her mother Eva Poll now.
In September 2015 the gallery opened its new rooms at Gipsstraße 3 in Berlin Mitte and is situated under one roof together with the art foundation Poll. The shared location of the company which is also housing the Schaulager of the gallery offers various possibilities with its 350 square meters exhibition space such as for thematically coordinated exhibitions.
