Master of ceremonies will be Taťjana Medvecká, actress of the National Theater Prague.

The program of the Gala Evening will include: Performance We are condemned to hope by Irina Andreeva from the Teatr Novogo fronta. Conversation I can’t breathe with Wole Soyinka (Nigeria) and Arnon Grunberg (Netherlands).

The author, human rights activist and Nobel Laureate Wole Soyinka (1938) can be considered the spiritual father of The Black Lives Matter movement. He has fought against racial injustice and colonialism as well as the autocratic practices and corruption in African governments both with his actions and literary works.

Arnon Grunberg (1971) is one of the most subtly outrageous provocateurs in world literature as well as an acclaimed reporter.

From 21:30 there will be a party hosted by PWF and the Italian Institute.

Organizers kindly ask guests to come early in order to take headphones and for a smooth start of the live broadcast on ČT24.
