Gaijin Blues

Gaijin Blues is a joint project by Naphta and PlayStation Yoga Music, which combines the sounds of Japanese music - from traditional to fusion, jazz and even rock - with modern bits of western music, from house to trap and juke / footwork. In early February, the London label Shapes Of Rhythm released their debut material on a vinyl. The got a warm reception by Worldwide FM, BBC Radio, NTS Radio or Trójka. Gaijin Blues live is a clash of samples with frenetic improvisation on instruments, often with a surprising result.
