Freudenstein
Freudenstein (also Šlikův hrádek) is a ruin of a castle near Jáchymov in the Karlovy Vary region. It is located about one kilometre west of the town on the Castle Hill at an altitude of 810 metres above sea level. The buildings of two corner towers with a smaller part of the perimeter wall have been preserved. It has been protected as a cultural monument since 1964.
