Macarons are tiny, pretty, elegant and melt-in-the-mouth cookies straight from Paris. This time they are taken to a higher level. Macarons are not without reason called the most difficult cookies in the world – the art of their preparation is very time-consuming and requires great precision, but when you look at the results you can forget all about the effort. This time during the workshop you will be able to prepare macarons in two color and flavor versions, this time light and floral. You will learn at what temperature is best to make the dough, how to bake it. You will also learn how to make the perfect ganache and proven tips for creams, with which they will be stuffed. In addition you will be able to learn the secrets of decorating pasta, and more specifically learn how to paint lavender and rose flowers on pasta. At the end of the online workshop there will be an opportunity to ask the Chef questions, who will dispel any doubts.
