During the first meeting within the series for the youngest, “Philosophy for Children,” there will be an opportunity to think together about what time really is. What it is, philosophers have been wondering since ancient times. Although we deal with it every day, recalling, planning and experiencing what is now, it is difficult to explain its nature. Time flows, escapes, runs and passes. Philosophers have even asked whether something that consists of what was and is no more, and of what is to come and is not yet there can exist at all. The classes will be led by Malina Barcikowska, a philosophy graduate and culture animator. She is actively involved in popularizing philosophy among children and young people. A member of the Polish Philosophical Society.
