Filharmonie Hradec Králové

Classical | Hradec Kralove Philharmonic Orchestra was founded in 1978 under the name City Opera Orchestra Hradec Kralove, a year later, the body was renamed Symphony Orchestra Hradec Kralove, in 1987 the State Symphony Orchestra Hradec Králové. Since the establishment of the Czech Republic bears the name of the orchestra Philharmonic, expressing the historical continuity spanning Philharmonic Sokol Hradec Králové Philharmonic to the unity of the workers in the city since 1887. Significant period of artistic flowering of the body is associated with the prof. Francis Vajnar. Since the season 2012 -? 2013 FHK chief conductor Andreas Sebastian Weiser, chief conductor Ondřej Kukal. FHK performed in Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Spain and Switzerland. Achieved interpretative document the quality of the orchestra CD recordings for domestic and foreign companies or Czech Radio. Since 2005 the Philharmonic Festival organizer Music Forum Hradec Králové.
