Festival Iné cesty 2025

The 18th edition of one of the oldest travel festivals in Slovakia will take place on 4 and 5 April 2025.

The Iné Cesty Festival presents travel with a difference - stories that help people, nature or cultures. What's it like to sleep at home with natives in the Amazon rainforest, what fresh chapatis taste like in the Himalayas, how to volunteer and help in the rainforests of Australia, how to bring messages from hard-tested parts of the world, the importance of scientific work for the conservation of endangered species, how to travel with a minimal carbon footprint, how to have truly authentic experiences that can't be bought, and how to feel good about your travels?

Visitors will be treated to 25 travel stories with photographs in two rooms, discussions with speakers, book sales and signings, a photography exhibition, good food and much more.
