Faun

Faun is a German band formed in 1998 playing pagan folk, darkwave and medieval music. FAUN is one of the world's leading bands fusing medieval instrumentation with modern musical aesthetics and has released eleven studio albums since 2002. Their releases reach top positions in the German album charts (e.g.: Pagan & Midgard #3). They have also been nominated three times for the Echo, the biggest German music award, and reached platinum status with their albums Von den Elben and gold status with Luna. Faun has played more than 1000 concerts worldwide in various contexts – from seated concert halls to heavy metal festivals.
