Fatra House of Arts
The building of the Fatra House of Arts in Žilina is a national cultural monument from the first half of the 20th century. In the past, there was a cinema where the Slovak premiere of the first Slovak feature film Jánošík took place in 1922. Today, the House of Arts houses the Slovak Sinfonietta Žilina. Concerts and events organized by Slovak Sinfonietta Žilina and other social and cultural events take place here regularly.
