Fanta’s Building
The Fanta Building, a passenger building designed by the architect Josef Fanta, dominates the largest passenger station in the Czech Republic and was built between 1901 and 1909. It was used for passenger services until the opening of the new underground hall in July 1977. Since 2012, a gradual reconstruction has been underway with the aim of restoring the building to its original appearance and adding new uses.
