Maurycy Gomulicki: Coquetry and melancholy

Maurycy Gomulicki's works concern visual manifestations of broadly understood pop culture, especially the one entering the aesthetically ambivalent area. Thus, they break the boundaries between low and high culture. The artist is particularly interested in those elements that are transferred to other cultural areas and acquire new meanings. The exhibition in Królikarnia Park will present selected outdoor projects by Maurycy Gomulicki, moved to Warsaw from various locations. It will include Melancholia from Tarnów, Queen from Warsaw's Powiśle, Relax & luxury from the port of Sopot, and the Pearl from the collection of the Museum of Sculpture. For the first time Maurycy Gomulicki's works for various public spaces will be collected in one place.
