Dzc.
Vienna-based artist Dzc. began her creative journey performing in several bands as a singer, pianist and guitarist. Her early experiences in music school sharpened her ear for detail, which she later focused into her passion for electronic music, dedicating herself to DJing and music production to explore new creative possibilities.
Dzc. has immersed herself in all aspects of electronic music for almost a decade and has since released her tunes on labels such as Hidden Assets/Gestalt Records, Fortunea Records, Miura Records, and Studio Bahöö. Her productions reflect her passion for synth-driven dance music, characterized by dreamy pads and playful melodies.
A regular on Fortunea Records, Dzc. was featured in two editions of the Fortunea Cookies VA-Series before presenting her first 4-track EP, ‚Conversations with Birds,‘ in February 2024. This EP is a meticulously balanced collection of tracks designed for each phase of a club night.
Dzc. Is a brilliant selector and manages to find a fine balance between Classic House, Progressive House and thrilling breakbeats easily. Her concentrated and energetic sets and productions are always hugely inspired by musical elements of the 90s and lead the dancing crowd into her shimmering universe.
