Dušan Vlk: Slovak underground rapper Dušan Vlk is one of the prominent faces of the post-punk rap scene, and his influence continues to grow. With his new album Duša undergroundu, released in August 2024, he reaffirms his position as an uncompromising artist whose lyrics reflect not only the political situation in Slovakia but also the darker aspects of the human soul. Dušan is unafraid to go against the grain – replacing macho posturing with raw vulnerability, while openly supporting the LGBTQ+ community in his work. His unique style blends the wildness of rap with the rebelliousness of punk, perfectly capturing the reality of post-communist Central Europe, where nationalist tendencies, brutal capitalism, and nostalgia for the past all collide. Joining him on stage are Temný Rudo and DJ David San, promising an electrifying show full of raw emotions and authentic experiences.

sinks: An explosive trio from Brno, sinks have delivered a string of unforgettable performances both at home and abroad. The group, composed of Vendula Pukyšová, Peter Štímel, and Antonín Mika, aims to create minimalist yet expressive music while taking the lyrical aspect seriously and shedding most of the clichés found in today’s indie scene. The visitors can prepare for their performance by listening to their two albums (born into this only to get through this and sinks) or their June EP. The visitors can expect noise, post-punk, and above all, a deeply immersive atmosphere – all of which they can experience on Friday, 11 October, 2024.
