Dominika Olszowy: Meringue Soup

The starting point of Dominika Olszowy’s exhibition is a need for deepening the creative process, and it requires appropriate time. The eponymous “meringue soup” is a paraphrase of an artwork as a result of a number of manual and intellectual activities performed depending on the mood or in accordance with the character.

The exhibition displays a spiritual ambience characteristic of Olszowy’s works. Arranging the BWA Studio space so that is oscillates between dream and reality, the artist transfers metaphysics to creative activity, celebrating the moment of creating art. The author gives in to the instinctive creative process, engaging in dialogue with the specific, concrete space of the gallery.
