Dead Poet Society
Dead Poet Society is an American rock band formed in 2013 in Boston, Massachusetts. The band consists of Jack Underkofler, Jack Collins, Will Goodroad, and Dylan Brenner. The members met while studying at Berklee College of Music, and after forming the band, they began releasing their own recordings, which combine alternative rock, hard rock, grunge, and elements of modern progressive rock. A distinctive feature of their music is the use of modified guitars with some strings removed, which influences the band’s overall sound.
In their early years, they released several EPs and singles, including Axiom, Dempsey, and CoDA. They gained wider attention with the songs American Blood, Intoodeep, .loveyoulikethat, and Running in Circles. In 2021, they released their debut album -!-, which built on their previous EP work and solidified their position on the international rock scene.
Their current work is represented by their second studio album FISSION, released in 2024. The album features tracks such as Running in Circles, Hurt, I Hope You Hate Me, and Uto. Kim Dracula also appears as a guest on the recording.
