Daniel Rojas Trio

Daniel Rojas is a Chilean-born Australian concert pianist and composer who specialises in the rich and vibrant Latin American musical aesthetic. Major classical works by Latin American composers also play a significant role in his repertoire. He combines his own compositions, which include solo piano pieces, with his refined skills of live improvisation on stage. Listeners will be introduced to a wide range of genres including jazz, cueca, lando-festejo, huayno, tango, milonga, Latin jazz, bossa nova and more, through arrangements of classical and popular music as well as traditional music.
