Dancetopia Performances

*From the wild into the city. From shared practice to shared experience. Dancetopia takes root in the urban landscape.

After a week spent immersed in the landscape near the Sázava River, a group of artists brings the outcomes of their residency into the urban wilderness of Libeň. Themes of regeneration, queer ecology, ecosystem thinking and the body in shifting spatial contexts — what was explored far from the city now reconnects with its spaces, rhythms and audiences.

An open-air evening of site-specific performances, micro-interventions and movement-based experiments. The evening — and Dancetopia as a whole — will close around a fire and continue with an afterparty.
