Czech Philharmonic
The Czech Philharmonic (Česká filharmonie) is a Czech symphony orchestra based in Prague. The Czech Philharmonic’s historic first concert was January 4, 1896 and was conducted by Antonín Dvořák. Throughout the Czech Philharmonic’s history, many classical music personalities from Czech republic and abroad colaborated with the orchestra, for example Gustav Mahler, Václav Talich or Jiří Bělohlávek.
