What is the difference between pasta secca and fresca paste? How to prepare the most famous Roman pasta sauce correctly? How to knead and cook to taste just like in a traditional Italian home? The course will be hosted by Bartek Kieżun, a culinary journalist, author of the book "Italia to Eat" and the blog Krakowski Makaroniarz.

During the classes under the tutor's supervision, the participants will learn how to prepare traditional pasta dough and learn about techniques for its kneading. They will learn how fresh pasta (pasta fresca) differs from dry pasta (pasta secca) and prepare four types of pasta: spaghetti, ndundari, ravioli and pici.
