Confectionery workshop with Marcin Paździor, confectioner, a chocolatier with over 25 years of experience, which he gained while working, among others in Belgium, France, Switzerland or Great Britain, several times the juror of the international Word Chocolate Master competition. The theme of the classes will be hand-made truffles and pralines as well as chocolate bars. The program includes butter truffles with green tea and hazelnuts, pralines with caramel ganache with salt, truffles with red wine and cardamom, and chocolate bars. All self-made truffles and pralines can be taken with you to your home in specially prepared packaging.
