Cukier

Electroacoustic project of trio Kasperek, Mełech and Kacperczyk.

At the end of 2015, Sugar published a cassette titled * "821"* in Pawlacz Perki. This fifty-minute material is a filling portion of sonic calories for enthusiasts of electroacoustic improvisation. Musicians, however, treat us not only sweets. We have a hearty main course in the form of free jazz explosions set on a nervous percussive pulse. The lyrical and melodious parts of the clarinet, which could serve as a dessert, are in turn broken by the abstract chill of the synthesizers. The common denominator that binds all the material is a surprising collision of sound textures, which results in an electroacoustic suspension thick and sticky like molasses. In the summer of 2016, the second album of Sugar entitled "Road to Recovery" was released by the Wounded Knife publishing house, which is a continuation of the track chosen by the band at the very beginning.
