ZET9 rehearsal rooms and studios are located on the site – free spaces used to support the development of cultural and creative individuals and groups. An undeniable advantage is the ability to customize the space without the requirement to bring it back to its original state, as the building will be demolished in 2026. On the other hand, temporary and permanent creative and artistic interventions are desirable. Another advantage is the accessibility by car or public transport and the convenient location in terms of not disturbing the surroundings with noise. The four-storey building is connected to electricity, water, rooms of different sizes are lit and heated. The operator of TIC BRNO manages the building and cleans the common areas, including toilets and kitchens in the corridors.
