Venue description

Convent of St. Agnes Czech whose history goes back to the 13th century, is part of the National Gallery in Prague and one of the oldest and most important Gothic buildings in Prague. It is recommended to visit not only because of the unique exhibition of medieval and early Renaissance art that display the development of Czech art from the panel paintings and sculptures of the mid-14th century through the soft style of Master Theodoric to Master of the Treboň Altar paintings and works of beautiful but also because of its unique interior which makes great scenery for medieval art.
