The Belgian band Whispering Sons will perform at two concerts in Poland – in Kraków’s Zet Pe Te and Warsaw’s Proxima.
In their music you can hear clear references to the early works of Editors, Interpol and classics of the genre such as Joy Division and The Cure. They have been operating only since 2016, but in Belgium they have already become famous thanks to their victory in the prestigious Humo’s Rock Rally competition. The first EP of Whispering Sons Endless Party was released in 2015, followed by two in 2016 and 2017, and the debut album Image released in October 2018 met with many positive reviews – the opinion-forming Canadian Spill Magazine wrote: "We saw the future of post-punk and her name is Whispering Sons. Whispering Sons take the listeners to a dark alternative reality with their unstable harmonies and piercing vocals.
