After The Cabinet (2011) and Now (2013), Tim’s official third album – this time a full-fledged solo album – will be released in 2017 at Grand Hotel van Cleef. Almost every instrument on it Tim has recorded himself. More than ever before, the two sides of Tim Neuhaus emerged as musicians: as a drummer and musical collaborator of big pop acts like Clueso or Glen Hansard, he played on gigantic stages in front of thousands of people, and understood how to make good, valuable pop songs writes. These skills are reflected in the first half of the new album. Catchy, understandable pieces that still work multi-dimensionally. The second part of the album consists of tricky drum beats, spooled breaks and postponed arrangements. Tim gives his experiments free rein and lets the songs become what they demand.
He will be performing live on stage at Privatclub Berlin on the 12th of December.
