Shalosh

Shalosh is an instrumental piano trio and part of the current generation of cross genre bands which appeal to a broad audience inside the jazz scene as well as in the wholerest of the music world with their sound.

Their music is raw, acoustic and groundbreaking, destroys stilistic boundaries and refuses any definition. Despite the classical trio line-up and the roots in jazz of the single band members the sound follows its own rules somewhere between rock, classic, electronic and African as well as Middle Eastern music.

the concert is presented by the movement Built from Scratch which aims to support the next generation of creative musicians. It aims at a deeper understanding of jazz music, pushes the genre boundaries and still respects good old traditions.
