Anomalia is the common denominator of the different musical tastes and interests of seven artists. Sound space created by musicians is difficult to pigeonhole to a particular genre, because one of the band’s priorities is to create universal matter, free from categorization. As the phenomenon of anomalies is based on strong contrast, the musicians are not afraid to use both sophisticated and simple procedures in their works. The idea uniting the artists' various interests is collective improvisation that began in the free jazz of Ornette Coleman. Anomalia includes four wind instruments and a rhythm section, which results in an original sound of the band. The anomaly is based solely on original compositions, thanks to which their music is completely original.
