Christiane Hommlesheim sings and plays on sound objects, Ralf Haarmann electronic and madoline. They create intertwined acoustic layers. Through the looper all sounds loose their body, they resolve within themselves, they appear and disappear, they become soundfields, and soundshadows. A sentences can possibly appear from nowhere, and unfinished swing in the space, like a piece of imagined furniture, it can develop within the ear of the listener and then retreat back out of focus. Haarmannhommelsheim create poetics of absence, poetics of nothing.
