The first Warsaw concert of the Batushka led by Krzysztof "Derph" Drabikowski since the release of their newest album "Panihoda". The band will be accompanied by a legend of death metal – Malevolent Creation and the Danish band Konkhra.

Batushka (stylized in Cyrillic as Батюшка) is a Polish black metal band formed and led by Krzysztof Drabikowski. Their music and lyrics, which are written exclusively in Old Church Slavonic language, are inspired by the Eastern Orthodox Church. The band members wear habits and eastern orthodox schemas during live performances to conceal their identities. In contrast with many other black metal bands, they use seven and eight string guitars. In 2019 they released their debut album Litourgiya and after splitting with Bartłomiej Krysiuk, who now leads his own version of the band signed to Metal Blade Records, Krzysztof Drabikowski's Батюшка released Panihida in 2019 under Sphieratz Productions. The concert takes place as part of the tour promoting the album and will be the first chance to hear the material live.

Malevolent Creation is an American death metal band formed in Buffalo, New York in 1987. The band’s original members were vocalist Brett Hoffmann, guitarists Phil Fasciana and Jim Nickles, bassist Jason Blachowicz, and drummer Dennis Kubas. Phil Fasciana was the only founding member who stayed with the band consistently. The band moved to Florida a year after it formed, and they became a part of the emergent local death metal scene, landing a deal with Roadrunner Records and helping to develop the Florida death metal sound. In 1991 their debut album, The Ten Commandments, became something of a landmark in the death metal underground, expanding on the early work of bands such as Slayer, Kreator, Possessed, Onslaught, Obituary and Death.

Even though Denmark is mainly associated with King Diamond and Lars Ulrich when it comes to metal, the country also has its proud death metal representatives. Konkhra plays the first violin in this group. In 2019 the band celebrated its XXX anniversary. This anniversary coincided with the release of the album Alpha and the Omega on Hammerheart Records. Over the course of three decades, the Konkhr line-up has involved the likes of James Murphy (Death, ex-Testament) and Chris Kontos (ex-Machine Head).
