Indie-rock band Airways announced their first solo concert in Poland. Quartet known for their songs "Reckless Tongue", "Trampoline" and "Out of Luck" will perform in Warsaw in April.

The members of the band, who come from Peterborough, Birmingham and remote Chicago, were "born after britpop and raised on hip-hop". - That's why Airways' music is compared to the music of such artists as Arctic Monkeys, Blur, or Mac Demarco, but their unique energy when performing live makes their sound truly unique. They made their debut in 2016 with the single Ghost Town, which received great reviews from critics. The later released singles One Foot, Starting to Spin and beloved by fans Alien have secured them a permanent place on Spotify's playlists and rotation on BBC Radio 1, SiriuxXM and many other radio stations around the world. Airways have shared the stage (also in Poland) with performers such as Nothing But Thieves, Deaf Havana and The Maine, performed at the world's biggest festivals such as Reading & Leeds and Mad Cool, and sold out concerts in clubs in London, Amsterdam and Vienna. In creating the songs Trampoline and The End the band asked for help from Tom Craik of Nothing But Thieves, who gave the songs a unique modern, fresh and darker sound.

Currently Airways, who already have more than 10 million streams and 400k+ listeners per month on Spotify, play festivals and tours around the world and have a whole arsenal of new songs prepared, have taken on the task of finding and destroying every club they encounter, taking on new fans along the way.

The exact schedule of the concert will be published here and on the organizer’s website in the week in which the event will take place.
