Comeback Kid

Comeback Kid is a Canadian hardcore punk band formed in 2000 in Winnipeg, Manitoba. The band was formed by members of the band Figure Four and has focused from the start on melodic hardcore combining elements of punk rock and modern hardcore. They first gained significant attention with the album Turn It Around (2003), followed by the studio albums Wake the Dead (2005), Broadcasting... (2007), Symptoms + Cures (2010), Die Knowing (2014), Outsider (2017), and Heavy Steps (2022).

The current lineup consists of vocalist Andrew Neufeld, guitarists Jeremy Hiebert and Stu Ross, bassist Chase Brenneman, and drummer Loren Legare. In their work, the band has long explored themes of personal responsibility, interpersonal relationships, and social experiences.

Their latest work is the EP Trouble, released in 2025, which follows up on the album Heavy Steps. The recording features the new tracks Trouble In The Winner and Disruption while continuing in the direction set by their previous studio work.
