Cold Cold Nights have always been one of the most active bands in concert. They played dozens to hundreds of concerts, including destinations across Europe from France to Bosnia. They supported bands like Sleep Party People, Cymbals Eat Guitars and were co-founders of the "semi-secret" festival Miro.

The second record Ten Years Later was released in late 2022 under the DIY label Black Pear Label and earned a nomination for the Apollo Award for record of the year. Eight songs with a wide range of sounds from synths and organs to trumpet and glockenspiel are a little poppier than the previous album, but still maintain the unmistakable facade of lo-fi indie. It was produced by band member Štěpán Oves, who also produced an album by the band TamaraAnderson.

The live performances of Cold Cold Nights are known for their sensitive light design, which is taken care of by the fifth member of the group, Klára Došková.
