What about this promotion? * - a training and workshop programme aimed at people professionally involved in (or aspiring to be involved in) broadly defined communication, promotion, marketing, audience development, digital marketing etc., particularly in the cultural, arts and science sector.

Two days before the start of the school year and the arts season, the meetings will be held at the Conference Centre of SWPS University in Warsaw. Each day will start with a networking breakfast (8:30-10:00), which can be joined at any time. At 9:30am there will be a warm-up for all willing participants.

Yga Kostrzewa and Marcin Dzierżanowski will lead a workshop on inclusive and empathy-based communication. How do you write and speak about LGBTQ+ people? How do you write so as not to exclude and go crazy from an excess of feminatives/ukes/'x's etc. at a time when the message should be short and written in simple and non-exclusionary language?

Joanna Nowak of TikTok will talk about how TikTok can be used in culture, art and science. She will talk about trends and what can work with TikTok and what is better not to do.

Marta Drinčić and Anna Kruszczyńska from Helping Hand - Poland's first online psychological support platform - will present the latest research data, talk about how employees and employees of promotion, marketing, audience development, etc. can take care of themselves. How to act in crisis situations (pace, tension in the company, difficult information from the world) by turning emotions into action. There will also be a bit about engaging teams.

Ewelina Przywara and Magda Błaszczyk from Nozbe, authors of the podcast *I don't have an office_, will talk about how you can work effectively while taking care of yourself and how to organise your work. It will be about working in focus, without distractions. Endless over-talking, 'meetingiosis', forgetting about physiology, feeling that attending the next meeting is not work. Sound familiar?
