Clubco
The Clubco coworking space is located in the Vlněna office park. Clubco is intended to be a space not only for start-up entrepreneurs but also a place for social events.
Its name and logo refer to the industrial history of the whole area. It houses a co-working centre near the city centre with a unique architectural concept, which was created in an international collaboration between the Dutch designer Bart Vos and the team of the well-known architect Václav Hlaváček from the Czech Studio acht. The new coworking centre offers various types of working facilities from "chillout boxes", meeting rooms with hi-tech equipment to two outdoor terraces and large spaces with sound systems. All tenants have access to the outdoor areas surrounding the offices, a café from Rebelbean Roastery and can use the facilities of the Vlněna business park. The interior is arranged over three floors, the lowest being accessible from the underground car park. A yellow spiral staircase runs through the centre of the space, again resembling an unwinding woolen thread.
