City Gallery Olomouc

The City Gallery Olomouc is located on the first floor of the old burgher house U Bílé růže, on the corridor between Horní and Dolní náměstí. Some of the spaces were used for gallery purposes already in 1966–1993 for the Oblastní galerie výtvarných umění. Since 1993, the Unie výtvarných umělců Olomoucka has been operating here. After reconstruction in the years 1995–1998, the gallery space was extended to the entire floor. From 1998 to 2013, the exhibition hall was renamed Gallery G. In 2013, it officially became the only municipal gallery and was named the City Gallery Olomouc.
