Bumi Phillips + Risky

Risky is a faithful believer in the advantage of vinyl over digital media. An avid digger and a graffiti veteran. He managed to visit almost all the capital's clubs with his records and visited many venues in various Polish cities. He is a co-founder of the DJ duo Risky & Dook, specializing in synth boogie and warm disco. In his sets he does not escape from classical hip-hop, jazz, funk, electro or house from the 80's, which remain his most important source of inspiration. His sets are filled with funky energy, which has the potential to make even the most resistant clubbers dance. Currently he is working as a promoter and co-organizer of the Record Store Day Warsaw and Vinyl Market projects. In June this year he opened his record store (stationary and online) – Winyl Market Records & Goodies. He has supported such celebrities as Al Kent, Akirahawks, Kenji Takimi, Eddie C, Tornado Wallace, Hunee, Dam Funk, Dejoe, Dister and many significant artists from the country.

Bumi Phillips (On&On, Osterdam Records) Since 1998 he has been using analog records to present a wide range of sounds from jazz to dance electronics. He has performed in many clubs in Poland, London, Luxembourg, Vienna, Berlin and Amsterdam, next to such characters as Ben Mono, Legowelt, Dj Patrisia, Skalpel, Richard Sen (Padded Cell), Carl Cox, James Ruskin, Alexander Robotnick, Donnell Knox, and many more. He has created live productions with the participation of the winners of Rawa Blues Werbińska&Pawlina. Together with the artists from Osterdam Records he created a production recommended by Dave Clark himself, which was released on the Christmas mix of the legendary Fabric London.
