Bruklin, The Suits and Nira Nise concert on the summer stage of VooDoo club.
Bruklin is a classic rock quintet formed in 2018 in Lodz, Poland. Their songs combine a guitar-driven sound with the urban poetics of lyrics written by Bartłomiej Makrocki, the band’s vocalist and frontman. So far, the band has released two singles, performed in front of Lipali, Nocny Kochanek and Myslovitz, among others, and won two nationwide festivals: Review of Rock Bands 2019 organized by Cracow University of Economics and Antyfest Antyradio 2019. As the winner of Antyfest Antyradio 2019, the band performed at the most beautiful festival in the world – Pol’And’Rock 2019.
The Suits is a band that, like the classics of elegant clothing, is based on simplicity. Each of them has always been fascinated by the original simplicity of music, this is exactly the character of the songs presented by “suits”. Strong guitar sounds supported by finesse solos and a rare color of vocalist’s voice. Not everything that is simple is brilliant, but everything that is brilliant is simple. The Suits is musical simplicity aspiring to the elegance of rock’s core.
Nira Nise is a project that came about by accident on a cold January day in 2016. Nira Nise’s music is heavily inspired by the dusty Seattle scene – it’s meant to be dirty, raw, and chaotic, but with a heavy dose of atmosphere, a hint of psychedelia. In 2019 they released their first EP House on a tree.
