Blanka Šrůmová
Blanka Šrůmová became famous in the 1990s mainly as a singer and co-writer of music and lyrics for the guitar indie-pop band Tichá dohoda.
From 1986 she sang in the group Balet and then from 1988 with Autorodeo Praga. After 1989 she collaborated with Dan Šustr in the revived group Tichá dohoda. In 1990 they released their debut Chci přežít. With Ticha dohod they released all their most important albums - Blanka is the author and co-author of many of their hits, e.g. Marioneta. In 2000, she released her solo debut Neviditelná, followed by the album Underground (2005). She also worked in the projects Kašpárek v rohlíku (2008–2011), on Chinaski's CD, on the CD of the band České srdce called Znamení (2000). She also participated in the recordings of Roman Horký and Kamelot and with her parent group Tichá dohoda she went on a comeback tour. Her most recent work is a collaboration with Jan Sahara Hedl and his band Něžná noc – Neměj strach (2016), Tak se věci má (2018), and Hrajeme si, hrajem (2024).
