Bishop's Palace
The Bishop's Palace in Nitra is a two-storey building that adjoins the western part of the Basilica of St. Emerald at Nitra Castle. Its foundations date back to the Middle Ages. It has been rebuilt several times over the years. Together with the church, they form the dominant part of the castle. The palace is the seat of the Bishop of Nitra and is open to the public once a year, on the feast of St. Cyril and Methodius (July 5).
