Beartooth
Beartooth is an American metalcore band formed in 2012 in Columbus, Ohio, by singer and multi-instrumentalist Caleb Shomo, a former member of the band Attack Attack!. The project originally began as a studio-based endeavor, with Shomo handling most of the instrumentation and production. Their debut EP Sick was released in 2013, followed by their first album Disgusting in 2014. In the following years, the band released the albums Aggressive (2016), Disease (2018), Below (2021), and The Surface (2023), which expanded their presence on the international metal and rock scene.
The band’s current work is represented by the singles Free and Pure Ecstasy, released in 2026. These precede the self-titled album Pure Ecstasy, scheduled for release in August 2026 via Fearless Records. The band also continues to perform live and tour internationally.
