Bára Zemanová & Band
Bára Zemanová & Band is a pop-rock band around the singer and finalist of the 3rd season of Česko hledá Superstar, Bára Zemanová. Bára has been in a few bands before the competition and even after finishing 4th in the ČHS she still sticks to rock music.
In 2007 she recorded her debut album Rozjetej vlak with producers Honza Křížek and Vojta Říha from the famous Blue Effect. In autumn 2007 she won the Skokan roku award in the Czech Nightingale Mattoni poll and the second place in the Deska roku poll for the best-selling debut of the year. Bára has sung several duets, e.g. with the band UDG, Rybičky 48, with Honza Toužimský, Petr Bend, Xindl X and for three years she performed in the rock opera Antigona, where she played one of the main roles.
