About BadKat
BadKat’s work in the hip-hop and dubstep scenes prepared her to unleash her current fascination: ghetto house. While producing her next live show, she is providing her adrenaline-loaded soundscape at the DJ booth.
Since the mid 90s, BadKat has been known as a standout hip-hop MC in every circle she frequented. Starting out in a small town of North Carolina, she went to Florida and New York City, eventually crossing the Atlantic to Europe where she landed in Berlin to find her musical home. Over the course of 20 years BadKat has independently released six EPs, two mixtapes, two albums and a wide range of singles, before she decided to transition into producing and DJing electronic music.
