Forget about Julia
Forget about Julia is a band from the frontier of alternative folk, where the sounds of acoustic and electric guitars are complemented by nostalgic melodies of Mariusz Dojs's vocal. Their first EP to be released on their own in February 2015 aroused enthusiasm among critics, who appreciated an interesting combination of strong electric guitars and dark bass mixed with modest percussion. The unquestionable influence of autumn-winter aura is reflected in the texts by Mariusz Dojs and Szymon Jankowski, which tell of the melancholic aspect of life. In December 2017 the band released their first long-playing album entitled No One Else, which was accompanied by a music video for the single of the same title.
