Dirty Shirt
Formed in 1995 in the Romanian town of Seini, Dirty Shirt is one of the most internationally recognisable projects from Romania, having gained popularity with their fusion of metal with almost everything possible: they refer to Romanian traditional music, incorporating folk instrumentation, funk, electronica or nu metal into their eight-member line-up, embellishing this colourful mix with lyrics in English, Romanian, French, Serbian and Hungarian. They have released six albums to date, the most recent of which is 2019's Letchology, as well as played shows alongside the likes of Godsmack, Kreator, Megadeth, Paradise Lost, Venom, Powerwolf, Tiamat and Skindred.
