Arboreal Impulse: Prayer Textile Gallery

From April 30 to May 28, 2022, visitors can view works from Prayer Textile Gallery at SLP Gallery.

Prayer Textile Gallery is an established family-owned boutique in the heart of Bangkok since 1964, focusing on handmade and traditional textiles from Thailand and surrounding regions. Apirom Somlit, a trained painter, has been the resident artist and designer for 10 years. This collection, Arboreal Impulse, is about the connection between modern human tribes and nature and is inspired by the paintings of the late Marisa Bürkle, co-founder and creative director of Prayer Textile Gallery.
