Amorphis

Finnish Amorphis is a living legend of melodic death metal, which after 30 years of existence is still winning new fans and intriguing old ones. The four musicians of the Helsinki-based sextet, Esa Holopainen (guitar), Tomi Koivusaari (rhythm guitar, vocals), Olli-Pekka Laine (bass guitar) and Jan Rechberger (drums), remember the band's early years and the process of creating the album Tales From the Thousand Lakes, which is still considered one of the classics of melodic death metal. The four have been complemented over the years by frontman Tomi Joutsen and keyboardist Santeri Kallio.
