Adam Kośmieja
Adam Kośmieja is one of the most expressive Polish pianists of the young generation. He is an artist who is constantly searching, whose repertoire and concert experiences include classical, avant-garde and multimedia works. He has a lively concert activity domestically and abroad, which has led him to the concert halls of North America, Europe and Asia, among others: Weill Recital Hall at Carnegie Hall and Yamaha Concert Artist's Hall in New York. In 2016 Adam Kośmieja released his debut album with Kazimierz Serocki's complete works for solo piano (DUX), which met with recognition in Poland and abroad. Promoting the latest music, which occupies a privileged place among his artistic interests, Adam together with jazz pianist Christian Sands (member of the Christian McBride Trio) created the 3xPiano project (2009-2011), combining elements of jazz, classical and electronic music.
