Action Bronson

Former chef Action Bronson started to devote himself fully to rap after breaking his leg in the kitchen. Since then, seven studio albums have seen the light of day, starting with 2011's Dr. Letter and ending with his latest record, Johann Sebastian Bachlava the Doctor, released in July 2024. His style is characterised by lightness, playfulness, humour, wordplay and complex metaphors. He cites fellow rappers such as Kool G Rap, Mobb Deep and Wu-Tang Clan, as well as Carlos Santana, Queen and Albanian wedding singers as major influences.
